Pollen Thyme Respiratory Tea (Autumn Immunity Guide)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp bee pollen (preferably local) 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
Steep thyme in hot water for 15 minutes. Pour into a cup, stir in bee pollen and honey. Sip warm for preventative respiratory support.
